She was predeceased by : her parents, Bruno Haase and Franziska Haase; her son-in-law Richard "Dick" Luce; and her great grandchild Kirsten Bacon. She is survived by : her husband John A. Maruca; her former life partner Peter Urbon; her children, Karin Luce and Baron Maruca (Michele); and her grandchildren, Heather Luce Bacon (Kenneth) of Holyoke, Amy Luce Stocks (Jeffrey) of North Carolina, John Luce of North Carolina, Richard W. Luce III (Emerald), Baron Maruca II (Tiffany) of Westfield and Dr. Laurin Maruca Funk (Jonathon Funk). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
