He is survived by: his parent Theresa Werbicki (Beaulieu); his children, Frederick Werbicki of Greenfield, Melissa Werbicki of Huntington, MA. and Jacob Werbicki (Noelle) of East Longmeadow; his siblings, Stanley Werbicki (Lorna) of Holyoke, John Werbicki (Anne) of Belchertown, David Werbicki (Beverly) of Chicopee and Denise Ryan of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Alina, Mikaela, Jordan and Mace.
