Knox-Gonzales (Burns); his spouse Barbara Knox-Gonzales; his sons, Michael D. Knox and Patrick R. Knox Sr.; his grandchildren, Patrick R. Knox Jr., Emma Rose "Miki" Coyle and Connor G. Wilson; and his siblings, Diane Baribeau (Billy), Jesus "Chewy" Gonzales, Sandra Rodriguez (Israel), Kathleen Kozakiewicz (Joe Witkowski), Carmen Burroughs (Ramen), Linda Silbas (Ed), Sulema Andreoli (Don), Marcia Bromley (Dick) and Maria Rondarati. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
