It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Stavarakis of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dabakis and Kadiani Dabakis (Papagrigorakis); her siblings, Calliope, Charles, Gregory and James; and her brothers-in-law, Christos Psilakis and James Sophinos.
She is survived by: her husband Nicholas; her daughters, Cleo Stavarakis Mavrelion (Charles) of Windsor, CT and Diane Stavarakis; and her siblings-in-law, Andrew Psilakis (Doreen) of Longmeadow and Helen Psilakis of Springfield. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces.
