She is survived by: her children, Vincent O'Connell (Deborah) of Wilbraham and Anna Major (Mark) of Monson; her grandchildren, Vincent Jr., Christine, Joseph (Margaret), Dominick Major, Mia Charette, Aaron McInerney and Kathy McInerney; and her great grandchild Emma.
