He is survived by: his parent Kathryn Furgal (Pekala); his wife Shirley Furgal (Polchlopek); his daughters, Amy Dumais (Dave) of Longmeadow, MA and Melanie Henry (Matt) of Springfield, MA; his grandson Lucas; his siblings, Joseph Furgal of Lee, MA and Mary Bogacz (Chet) of Newington, CT; his siblings' children, Stephanie Bruno, Steven Bogacz and Tobey Simone; and his friend Bill.
