He was predeceased by: his parent Aurel Lacasse; and his brothers, Roland Lacasse (Johanne), Armand Lacasse (Yolande), Yvon Lacasse and Paul Lacasse.
He is survived by: his parent Rosanna Lacasse (Lariviere); his children, Sylvie R. Peloquin (Maurice) of Springfield and Daniel R. Lacasse of Springfield; his granddaughter Chantal Peloquin; his sisters, Micheline Paradis and Lizette Breault (Jacques); and his sisters-in-law, Celine Lacasse and Marielle Lacasse. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
His family has requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to Baystate Home Health and Hospice, 280 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01199.
