It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine A. Ouellet (Springfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Ward and Carmella Ward Jr. (Acconcio). She is survived by: her son Red Sox; her husband Allan J Ouellet; her son Andrew; her brother John Ward of White Plains; and her cousin Rosalind Makowiec. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, great nieces and a nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospital, 516 Carew St. Springfield, MA.
