He is survived by: his mother Therese M. Tollis (Hart) of Arizona; his wife Megan Trempe (Connolly); his sons, Hayden of Sanford Florida and Gavin Trempe of Sanford Florida; his father Robert "Bob" Trempe III; his grandmother Eileen Hughes of Punta Gorda, Florida; and his nephew Avrie Palm. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family so that a fund may be established for Justin's sons.
