He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Russell, Jr. and Barbara H. Russell (Oyler); and his stepson Devin. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Brett and Brandon; his stepson Ryan Boilard (Melanie); his granddaughters, Skylar and Hayleigh; his siblings, George, Cynthia and Judy Russell; and his close friend Steve McCarthy.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kevin's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
