He was predeceased by: his mother Providencia Gutierrez. He is survived by: his children, Miguel Alvarado, Roberto Tapia, Maribel Tapia, Hilda Tapia, Tania Figueroa, Jennifer Figueroa and Damara Alvarado; and his brother Francisco. He is also survived by Seventeen Grandchildren, Four Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
