He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Mead of Springfield, Debra Crouse (Kevin) of Enfield, CT, Patricia Caputo (Richard) of Springfield and Lori Bernardi (Michael) of Longmeadow; his grandchildren, Amanda Bousquet (Kyle), Nicole Mead (Will), Christopher Caputo, Meghan Bricault (Allen), Jonathan Bernardi, Samantha Bernardi and Emerson Bernardi; his great grandchildren, Brayden Bousquet, Charlie Bousquet and Gwendolyn Bricault; his friend Mert; and his caregivers, Jeremy and Kiley.
