It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michela Calabrese of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Basile and Elisabetta Basile (Laudati); her husband Crescenzo Calabrese; and her siblings, Yolanda Buonfiglio and Luigi Basile.
She is survived by: her children, Giovanni "John" Calabrese (Lori) of Enfield, CT, Ersilia "Sid" Sarno of Springfield, Rosamaria "Rose" Kehoe (Charles Jr.) of Feeding Hills and Giuseppina "Josie" DeMaria (Robert) of Palm Coast, FL; her grandchildren, John Sarno, Anthony Sarno (Laura), Joey DeMaria (Emily), Michela Calabrese (Zachary Snape), Alex Calabrese, Hannah Calabrese and Charles Kehoe III; her great grandchildren, Anthony Sarno Jr., Benjamin Sarno, Sloane Sarno, Sadie Kay DeMaria, Zachary Snape Jr. and Lillian Snape; and her brother Rocco Basile. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
