With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norberto Santiago of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 23, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Santiago-Colon and Juana Martinez-Quinones. He is survived by: his children, Ivette Otero, Karina Santiago, Norberto Santiago, Jr. and Xavier Santiago; and his siblings, Jennie Hernandez and Luis Santiago. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, Four Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
