She was predeceased by: her parent Ellery E. D; and her brother Thomas D'Ambrosio. She is survived by: her mother Kathleen D'Ambrosio; her siblings, James D'Ambrosio of Springfield and Marie (Michael Hurley) of Springfield; and her children, Hope Church, Page Blvd and Carew St. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, her great nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Patricia's memory may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
