It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul L. Gelinas of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Lawrence A. Gelinas; his father-in-law William Frigon; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Caruso. He is survived by : his mother Laura E. Gelinas (Plante) of Springfield; his wife Patricia A. Gelinas (Frigon); his children, Lynanne Gelinas (Andrew Kratzenberg) of Tucson, AZ and William Gelinas (Elizabeth) of East Longmeadow; his grandchildren, Ivy, Theodore and Faye; his siblings, Michelle Gelinas (Joao Ferreira) of Chicopee and James Gelinas; his mother-in-law Norma Frigon of Enfield, CT; and his siblings-in-law, Derick Caruso (Teresa) of Enfield, CT and Denise Katilus (Paul) of Enfield, CT. He is also survived by his many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, numerous friends and extended family.
His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 4 p. m. to 6 p. m. Masks are recommended for his funeral services.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the ES Veterans Association, Inc., PO Box 736, East Longmeadow, MA 01028-0736.
