She is survived by: her husband Edward of Springfield, MA; her children, Jonathan Guczek and Brittany Guczek; her siblings, Don Watroba (Susan), Deborah Daly, Mary E. Watroba LaRoche (Ed), Melanie Huntington (Lynn) and Lisa DeVoie (John); her sister-in-law Maryann Guczek-Sawyer (Chris); and her caregivers, Julia Chartier and Emily Marchand.
