Phyllis' family would like to extend their most sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Baystate for the compassion, care and dignity they bestowed upon Phyllis in her final days, especially in light of the unrelenting strains of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, Phyllis's family requests that donations be made in celebration of Phyllis's life to Baystate Health Foundation or to the animal welfare organization of choice.
