He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Maczka and Rose Maczka (Tatro). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Maczka (Bouchard); his son Michael Maczka of Lakeland, FL; his siblings, Mark (Nancy Maczka), Wayne (Sue Maczka) and Debra Maczka of Clearwater, FL; and his granddaughters, Autumn Maczka and Emma Maczka.
