Blanchard (Bureau); his daughters, Gail Nault and Diane Blanchard; his sisters, Ruth Charity and Eleanor Richardson; his children, Kenneth Blanchard, Pamela Harpin, Janice Blanchard, Carl Blanchard (Brenda) and Sandra Blanchard; his grandchildren, Carl Nault, Michael Harpin (Danielle), Jennifer Harpin, Holly Wensley, Jeffrey Sheran, Monique Folco (Domenic), Simone Dwyer (Peter), Sierra Blanchard and Braeden Blanchard; and his great grandchildren, Anna Heimsath, Lindsey Folco, Addison Wensley and Benjamin Harpin. He was also cherished by 7 children, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
