Lewis (Thomas); her nieces, Leona J. Thomas and Heather A. Sagan (Thomas); her nephew Michael T. C. Lewis; her great-nephews, Carl Welch, Kendall D. Sweeney-Thomas and Kage J. Sagan; her great-niece Avalon B. Sagan; her aunts, Helen Spence (Postell) and Mary Jo Postell (Ingram); her uncle Joseph E. Postell; and her brother-in-law James E. Lewis. She is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
