It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Kenny-Fisher (Springfield, Massachusetts), born in Lexington, Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Garland Long Sr and Naomi Bannister; her husband Sidney Fisher; her daughter Sharon Ingram; her siblings, Raymond Kenny and Ruth Morris; her son Daniel Kenny of Columbia, SC; and her siblings, Garland Long Jr, Bernadine Long-Carter of Clifton Forge, VA, Karen Long-Quander, Darlene Sanders and Gussie Jordain of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
