She was predeceased by: her husband Rafael Torres Martinez; her children, Angel L. Morales, Marialuisa Lopez and Michael Lopez; and her siblings, Ramon, Catalina, Eladia, Tono, Isabelle and Jose Luis Morales.
She is survived by: her children, Luz N. Munoz, Maria "Mimi" Ortiz (Raul), Elpidio Colon Jr. (Elena) and Jose L. Lopez (Mercedes); and her siblings, Gabina Morales Cruz and Nereida "Merin" Ramos. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and eleven great great grandchildren.
