He is survived by: his husband Margaret A. Padykula (Sullivan); his parents, Stanley Padykula and Pauline Padykula (Peltz); his brothers-in-law, James Ryan of Wilbraham and Ernest Ouimette of Holyoke; his daughter Alice Napolitan of West Springfield; his sibling's children, David, Anne Marie, Philip Ouimette, Robert Sullivan, Jean Smith, Paul, Tim, John Ryan and Mary Ryan Sullivan; his great-nephews, Nicole Ouimette, Shawn Ouimette, Allie Ryan, Sam Ryan, Jack Sullivan and Michael Sullivan; his child Carew St; and also, Cynthia Magelinski and Cecelia Swizcz.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Stanley's name may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
