He was predeceased by: his parent Mitchell Bogacz; and his brothers, James, David and Paul. He is survived by: his parent Stella Bogacz (Evaska); his spouse Agnes Bogacz (Smus); his children, Teresa Bogacz of Holt, MI, Rachel Chmura (Ted) of Ludlow and Mitchell Bogacz (Janet) of Springfield; his granddaughters, Julie Chmura and Catherine Chmura; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Baines of Chicopee and Adele Bogacz of Westfield. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
