He was predeceased by: his parents, Teofil Krafchuk and Anna Krafchuk (Jakowski); his former wife Dianne Krafchuk (Monette); his wife Elizabeth Krafchuk (Price); and his siblings, Wanda Belisle, John and Edward Krafchuk.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Krafchuk, Jr. (Karen) of Springfield, Annalee DeRosier (Joseph) of Chicopee and Robert J. Krafchuk of Belchertown; his grandchildren, Holly (Steve), Kayla, Timothy Krafchuk, Joseph, Jr., Brett DeRosier, Nicole, Tiffany and Sabrina Krafchuk; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Audriana and Thomas. He is also survived by three step-children.
