He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Booth; and his brother Billy Booth. He is survived by: his parent Helen Booth (Gagnon); his child Ericka Cornichuck; his husbands, Corey and Tom; his grandchildren, Jake, Laura Ryan, Riley, Andrew Cornichuck and Jeremiah Cruz; and his siblings, Anne Henderson, Mary Booth, Kit Blake, Robert Booth, Joe Booth and Bernard Booth. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Tom's family to help pay for funeral costs.
