He was predeceased by: his parent J. L. Williams; and his sister Bruenell Williams. He is survived by: his mother Nellie Williams (Quarles); his daughter Karen Long; and his siblings, Barbara Scott, Pearl Wilkinson, James Williams, Willie Williams and Eric Williams.
