He was predeceased by : his parents, Antonio Siniscalchi and Josephine Siniscalchi (Longo). He is survived by : his wife Patti Ann (Sebastyanski); his sons, Michael of Brimfield, Joseph of Newton and Christopher (Kylie); his pets, Oliver and Chewina of Palmer; and his siblings, Anthony and Mariellen Szczebak (Frank) of Wilbraham.
