He was predeceased by: his parent Walter J. Frank, Sr.; his wife Margaret (Peg); and his grandson Steven Puntel. He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Bley Frank; and his daughters, Carol Puntel of Saratoga Springs, Peggy Evans (John) of New Hampshire and Janice Ruggerio (Charles) of New Jersey. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
