He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Storozuk. He is survived by: his parent Natalie Storozuk (Zoladz); his spouse Evelyn R. Storozuk (Moskal); his children, Kathy Storozuk, Cindy Storozuk of Springfield and Thomas J. Storozuk (Judy) of Newbury, NH; his grandchildren, Samuel Storozuk, Joseph Storozuk and Kaylyn Storozuk; and his stepsiblings, Peter Szarek (Patricia) and Bernice Rueli (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
