He was predeceased by: his parent Jack Frank; and his spouse Kathleen Frank (Parsons). He is survived by: his parent Mary Frank (Allison); his daughters, Nicole Frank-Maslar and Nadeen Frank; his siblings, Robert Frank of Wisconsin and Linda Martin of Connecticut; his son-in-law Jay Maslar; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Maslar and Zachary Maslar.
