He was predeceased by: his parent Arlene Fontaine (Butler). He is survived by: his parent Wilfred Ernest Fontaine; his wife Tiffany Fontaine (Wendell); his daughters, Rosemary Fontaine and Bridgett Fontaine; his stepchildren, Ciara, Marisa and Zackary Antaya; and his siblings, Michael Fontaine of South Hadley and Catherine Zimmerman (Bob) of Chicopee. He is also survived by his five nieces; and many extended family members and friends.
