He was predeceased by: his parent Virginia Alice Duval; his sister Sally May Smith; and his grandmother Mabel Cady Walsh. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Dismuke (Debra) of Seal Beach and Kerry Ann Dismuke of Killington; and his nieces, Cady Spencer of Chicopee and Jane Spencer Doucet of Franklin.
