He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Downes and Marie Downes (Burke); his wife Patricia Downes (Tanner); his children, Carolynne Noel (Gregory) of Holliston and Christopher (Holly) of Spring Branch, TX; his brother James of Boston; his grandchildren, Louis and Addison Noel; and his siblings, Joseph and Joanne.
