He was predeceased by: his sibling Roney Williams. He is survived by: his children, Joseph B. Williams and Breanna N. Williams; his siblings, Bennett Nicholas, Devon Dawson, Harriette Wilkins, Helen Stevens, Brenda Smith of St. Thomas, Tony Williams and Bernard Williams; and his wife Loretta Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
