He was predeceased by: his parents, Joao F. Medeiros and Maria A. Medeiros (Jordao); and his sister Zelia M. Tavares. He is survived by: his sons, G. Jason Medeiros (Cindy) and Brian Medeiros (Cheryl); and his sister Eduarda Pavao. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and his loving extended family and dear friends.
