He was predeceased by: his parent Edward T. Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Mary Guilfoyle (Sullivan); his children, Kristin Spearing, Brian Guilfoyle, Michael Guilfoyle and Ryan Guilfoyle of Canton; and his siblings, Jack Guilfoyle, Wife Jackie of Plymouth, Paul Guilfoyle and Wife Nancy of Marshfield. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations in Edward's memory to Old Colony Hospice 321 Manley St. West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
