She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur R. Madan and Esther Madan (Christmann). She is survived by: her husband David F. Chaplain; her children, Craig D. Chaplain (Brenda) of East Bridgewater, Marcy R. Maloney (Kevin) of Terry, MS and Arthur C. Chaplain (Kelly) of Stoughton; and her grandchildren, Kelsey, Colin, David, Mae and Bobby.
