He is survived by: his children, Sharon Lavoie (Paul) of Holden and Brian Heffernan (Marci) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Emily Plante (Nicholas) of Holden, David Lavoie (Mary Lavoie) of Scarborough, ME, Patrick of Pembroke, Luke of Pembroke and Caroline Heffernan of Pembroke; his great grandchildren, Renee Rettig, Pierce Rettig, Cecilia Lavoie and Rose Lavoie; his significant other Carol Anne Romanelli of Stoughton; and his friend Donald Howard Platt of Kirkland, WA..
