He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Phillips and Dorothy Phillips (Fowler); his daughter Kathleen M. Ellis; and his brother Roy "Sonny" Phillips, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lena D. Phillips (Ahern); his children, Lena A. Phillips of Stoughton, Ellen M. Phillips of Stoughton and Frank A. Phillips, Jr. (Christina) of Bridgewater; and his siblings, June Howard of Stoughton, Dorothy George of Stoughton and John E. "Jack" Phillips of Georgia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing required. Due to the coronavirus, Funeral Mass and interment will be private.
