He was predeceased by: his wife Maria M. Gomes (Moura); and his sister Maria Encarnacao Gomes Mendonca. He is survived by: his sons, Anibal J. Gomes (JoAnn) of Fairhaven and Joe A. Gomes (Anna) of Bridgewater; and his grandson Nicholas Holmes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid restrictions, Funeral Services will be private with burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton.
