He is survived by: his wife Maria G. Silva (Jorge); his children, Lucia Freitas (Jose) of Somerville, Joseph L. Silva of Stoughton and Vera M. Coughlan (Joseph) of Dighton; his siblings, Florinda Medina (late Jose) of Taunton, Mario Silva (Maria Olivia Silva) of Taunton and Almerio Silva (Fatima) of Flores; his grandchildren, Kevin Silva, Diana Silva, Victor Freitas, Jessica Ventura (Danny), Mark Freitas, Dylan Silva, Julia Silva and Courtney Brown (Tim); and his great grandchild Bella Silva.
