Fernandes (Elio) of Stoughton; his grandchildren, Ryan Murray, Jasper, Jeremy and Veronica Fernandes; and his siblings, Conceicao Viveiros (Antonio) of Canada, Tomas Vieira (Gloria) of Canada, Amelia Pereira of Flores, Francisco Vieira (Josefina) of Flores and Joao Vieira (Teresa) of Flores. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
