She is survived by: her children, Maria DoCarmo DePonte of Portugal, Maria Celeste Correia (Manuel), John M. Sousa (Connie) and Joseph Z. DeSousa; and her siblings, Manuel Albert Brazao of Stoughton, Natividade Brazao of Stoughton, Antonio Brazao of Portugal, João Z. Brazao of Venezuela, Carlos M. Brazao and Ascenḉão DePonte. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
