It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merelyn A. Walent of Stoughton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter A. Walent; her parents, George L. Tobey and Edna Tobey (Nelson); and her brother Charles Tobey. She is survived by: her daughter Amy L. Walent of Stoughton.
