He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emily, Matthew Callan, Brady, Melanie Waitze, Caitlin, Sarah, Aidan and Grace O'Sullivan; his former wife Cynthia Malkin; his brother Peter; his sister-in-law Lois Waitze; and his children, Linda (Waitze), Chris Callan, Jeff (Liz Waitze), Deanne (Waitze) and Sean O'Sullivan.
