He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Manning and Helen Manning (Mulvey). He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Manning (Auffrey); his children, Sandra J. Petruzzo (John) of Marstons Mills and Dennis P. Manning of Stoughton; his grandchildren, Nina Petruzzo, Carly Petruzzo, Matthew Petruzzo, Jennifer Manning and Diana Manning; and his sister Barbara Manning of Boston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, funeral services are private.
