He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Boudreau and Susan Boudreau (Rampino). He is survived by: his brother James T. Boudreau (Andrea) of Randolph; and his nieces, Lauren Cowan, Lisa Boudreau and Anmarie Boudreau.
