He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rand and Ethel Rand (Weir); his daughter Teresa Rand; and his sister Jane Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Rand (Morrow); his daughters, Jeannie DiBenedetto (Robert), Easton and Debra Lynn Welter of Falmouth; his grandchildren, Ashley, Anthony, Erika, Frankie and Richie; his great grandchildren, Zachary and Blake; and his sister Kathleen Shea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
